Analogue to Digital Migration Radio
The PD415 is a two way radio from Hytera available in both UHF or VHF frequencies. With a black box design the Hytera PD415 remains simple aesthetically whilst having the ability to perform many complex functions. Being both analogue and digital compatible means that the Hytera PD415, when used on digital frequencies, has exceptional sound and voice quality. Another positive of an analogue/digital radio is that it can be used for system migration, when changing over from an analogue set of radios to digital the Hytera PD415 can be used alongside the analogue radios until you have fully transitioned to digital.
This radio has 48 channels split over 3 zones with 16 channels in each zone. This allows for the channels and zones to be split between different sectors of your workforce, ideal in large enterprises or companies where workers such as cleaners don’t necessarily need to be in communication with engineers. The Hytera PD415 has basic digital encryption meaning that conversations are safe from eavesdropping, this means that any potentially sensitive subjects remain private to only the people who need to hear them.
The Hytera PD415 is a fairly compact radio standing at 112mm in height, 55mm in width and 31mm in depth. Weighing at 280g (with standard 1500mAh li-ion battery attatched), this means the radio can be easily carried via the use of a belt clip or hand strap with no strain to the user. As previously mentioned the PD415 is supplied as standard with a 1500mAh Li-Ion battery, this will allow for a standard usage time of 12 hours when performing on analogue and 16 hours whilst on digital.

When purchased from Paramount, The UHF Hytera PD415 can be supplied and programmed on the three published frequencies: 449.3125, 449.4000 & 449.4750 Mhz. The VHF Hytera PD415 will be supplied preprogrammed on the 7 available published VHF frequencies: 164.0500, 164.0625, 169.0875, 169.3125, 173.0500, 173.1625 & 163.0875 Mhz. This allows you to purchase a Simple UK licence and ensure that the Hytera PD415 will work out of the box.
If you hold, or are purchasing, a Simple Site, Technically Assigned or any other licence, we will program the radio to your assigned frequencies.
