Description and Features

Firstly, Motorola VX-454 Analogue Mobile Radio features a compact, alphanumeric character display and limited keypad radio. It is also available in VHF, UHF1, and UHF2 portable models. Additionally, the radio has 3 side buttons (programmable – dual function) and 4 front panel buttons (programmable – dual function). As a result, the user can easily communicate and fast transmission with the textured push-to-talk buttons.

Moreover, this radio is user-friendly, providing essential functions to maintain communication without distracting from the task at hand. The VX-454 meets MIL 810 CDEFG  and IP57 Rating (with accessory cover fitted) standards. It is waterproof and therefore can be submerged in up to 1 meter of water for 30 minutes and comes in both 5W UHF and 5W VHF versions.

Finally, the advanced functions on the analogue device offer audio compounding, clear audio, and VOX (Internal and External). Plus, with the selectable channels, the radio has a 5 / 2.5 / 1 / 0.25 W Output Power.
