In fact the radio can detect signal type when receiving a call, automatically switching between modes to facilitate transmissions. This two-way radio is also available for both UHF and VHF frequencies.
Additionally, MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G classification guarantees reliability in a variety of environmental conditions. Whilst also built to IP54 Rating, the radio is protected against dust whilst also safeguarded against splashes of water. Thus, the radio continues to operate in environmental standards such as temperature shock, salt fog, rain etc.
Next, the BD505 radio offers 48 Channels split across 3 zones allow for sufficient communications between a team. Therefore, users have the flexibility to assign specific channels to teams within the workplace. Plus, the radio features VOX Voice Activation which allows hands free operations when needed, or even complete a One Touch Call.
