Fully Portable Repeater Unit

Firstly, Hytera RD965 Digital Repeater supports both analogue and digital modes, and switches based on the received signal. It also meets IP67 Ratings and  therefore protects the repeater against dust and in 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes.

Moreover, the Hytera RD965 compact and lightweight design makes it compatible for outdoor operations. So it works wall mounted in-building coverage, in a mobile suitcase or cabinet for emergency communications, or on the back for forest firefighting. Plus, Hytera RD965 meets MIL-STD-810 C/D/E/F/G military and HALT standards, helping its performance in hostile environments.

Additionally, with the repeater use pseudo-trunking in order to share slots to improve capacity. So transmissions either directly transfer to a handset or to the repeater itself. Or, the remote speaker microphone uses the repeater as a base station. Also coming with an extended battery life to guarantee uninterrupted communications.

Finally, it comes with a 10mAh Li-ion battery providing 8 hours of operational time at a 50-50 duty cycle. Also in terms of interface, the top of the repeater has indicators for things such as channel status, a button for channel settings and a place to connect a hand microphone.
